Compassionate Psychotherapy for Lasting Change

CHAIR.jpg

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulty navigating relationships or life transitions, or you simply need a space to share your story, I'm glad you're here. I will work to support you in understanding how earlier experiences may continue to impact present day thoughts, emotions or behaviors.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, as well as humor, we will work together to have you develop practical tools to strengthen coping,

improve relationships, and increase emotional resilience. We'll explore relationship patterns and how the functioning of a family impacts all of it's members.
